Directions for Writing: Choose one character trait such as honesty, dependability, fairness, trustworthiness, caring, etc. Write an expository essay explaining why this character trait is important in a lasting friendship. Be sure to include specific details or events that relate to your example. You will need to write three paragraphs to receive full credit.
