Have I ever ridden I horse before that? Yes, but not my myself. He parents had to lead the horse on a lead rope.

Ever since I started playing football I didn't know if I could tackle someone to the ground, but a couple of weeks ago Matt and I were playing football and I tackled him to the ground. When I was in the Sixth Grade, I played football and never tackled anyone. When I was in the Seventh Grade I played football and never tackled anyone. It lifted my spirits and morale to know that I did something I did,t do before. I was too scared when I started. Last year I didn't know how to tackle. A couple of weeks ago I learned how to tackle from Matt and it got me better at football.

When I was little I never thought that I could talk to other people because I was so shy.The only person I would talk to was my mom.I wouldn't talk to anybody else but her.I even made up my own language so when someone would come over I wouldn't have to say anything in front of them.If I needed anything I would go to my mom and whisper it to her.I never really talked to my dad much either. In kindergarten I never talked to anyone until one day at the end of the year I raised my hand to answer a question. My teacher was so surprised that she gave me a award.I guess over the years I've grown out of being as shy as I was because I talk alot but im still a little shy.

I was in Atlanta for the world series . It was a week long trip. We started out playing okay . But the we had to step up are game beacuse the more games that you win the tough the competion. It was now down to the semi finals . We were playing the fourth best ranked team in the nation so the pressure to win was enormous. We were in the inning we were up by one run cuse of a eror by the first base man of the opposing team, they started getting hits off of our picher so our coach called time and called me in to pich.

Have you ever had something you were afraid of doing? I have for sure! As most of you know my favorite sport is softball. Well with fastpitch softball you can steal bases and to be good at stealing bases you have to be able to slide! I was very afraid to slide at first, because i didnt want to hurt myself!

Have you ever thought doing the thing or things you thought you couldn't do? Well there plenty of times where I couldn't do stuff, but didn't keep me from trying. So I want write a narrative about me trying to do something I thought I couldn't do. There was a time I thought tried playing basketball , but I couldn't play because I was too short. My brother made me go out there & play because he always told me that " If you want to get better in basketball, you have to play with twice your size." That stuck to me because I was too scared because I saw other guys getting elbowed in the eye, & I didn't that to happen to me.

There's a time in someones life when they think they can't do something. I have experienced that in many different situations. I know you're supposed to believe in yourself no matter what, but sometimes I just can't. I try and it always ends bad. Sometimes you just have to do the best you can do even if you don't believe in yourself. Maybe it will all turn out for the best if you just believe in yourself.

There was this one time when I was playing baseball. I could never hit a homerun. I thought that i was to small to hit a homerun. Everyone on my team has atleast hit one homerun. I could never hit one i was so angry. But one day I seen this boy the same size as me hit a homerun. So i thought i was able to hit one to if he could. So this one day when my team was playing against this team from florida. We was in the championship game. I was up to bat it was the bottom of the fourth the score was 4-4 . Then thiks pitch was pitching pretty fast my count was 2-1. He threw one more fast ball right down the middle. I swung it was perfect i long up and the ball was flying. There it was my first homerun. At the end of the game the score was 4-5. We had won and I had gotten my first homerun.

We all have goals that we set that we often do not think we can acheive. It is usually these goals that feel the best when you acheive them. The sweet victory of doing something you never saw yourself capable of. Friends are often there to realize these moments and help you celebrate them.

There have many MANY times in which I doubted myself. In my brain, the continuous thought of me failing almost kept me from doing something that ended up being one of the best things that I have done in my life. Volleyball used to be a thing that I used to just like watching, but it ended up being one of the 3 sports that I can't live without. And to think that if I wouldn't have gotten the guts to do this one thing, I wouldn't have realized my true love for the sport..............

There are things we all think that we can't do. Whether it be something physically or mentally, it always seems so hard to overcome. I think that it's just our mentality as people and that maybe everybody isn't as bold as they appear. I don't accept the fact that people say that they can't do something as the saying goes " anything is possible". Here is how I got over my obstacle.

There is always something in life that we think we can not do. Even though we convince ourselves to do it; we actually might not be able to do it. I have many times in my life where I was not able to do some things or I didn’t think I could do it. Most of those situations I have accomplished but some I still struggle with. Most guys that write on this prompt will write about athletics and physical events. That is what I will write about but I think mine had a bigger effect and harder to accomplish.

One time at soccer i learned to pass and sidekick a ball. I also learned to kick the soccer ball from the side and do other tricks. I learned by practicing, Other times i am in practice doing the tricks and stuff to do to get better. I liked to kick the soccer ball from the side.

When I was little, I couldn't swim. It was just a simple problem, at first. One summer, my grandparents taught me how to swim. I learned at the pond by my house. Anyway, after that, I thought it was fine.

Have you ever done something you thought you could never do? When I was seven years old I began playing baseball. At this time my dad raced gokarts proffesionally around the country. I always went and watched my dad when I was little. Anyways before I could even finish my first season in baseball, my dad asked me one day while we were on the way home from baseball practice " how would you like to race"?

I have doubted myself many times in my life. I thought that I couldn't do many things. I have learned to overcome my fears and do what I didn't think was possible. I've learned how to trust myself and work hard.

I never thought i could do a backflip of the diving board. Every time it was my turn I got really scared cause i didnt want to die. When i got up there all i would do is just jump off.

When i was eight i always thought i couldn't keep up with my dad and his friends when they were on the four-wheelers. I had never tried but one day i got on mine and followed them. We were on our ridding track that my dad had made with his tractor. My dad caught me following them and let me come anyway.

Have you ever had a time when you did something that you thought you couldn't do. I had a time first of when I was eight I was playing basketball and I couldn't score because they were big kids.So I shot the ball and I missed and then they gave me the ball back so this boy gave me a ball and he said if I score on him I could get five dollars. So I got the ball and shoot the ball up and it hit the back board and went in. so he had to give me the money.Another time I thought I couldn't drive my new dirtbike so I got on then when I went down the road I feel of the bike so I got back on and I was riding down the road fast and I didn't faul off.

I have done many things i thought I couldn't. The most suprising was when I got first chair in the band Trumpet section. You see I hadn't practiced for two days so I was basically going on skill when this happened. When Mr. Murray was calling people I was the only one that was really practicing because I knew that I was behind. I was really worried about this test.

I thought i would never be able to land a 360 kickflip. I used to skateboard until my knees messed up. I would be outside all day skateboarding. I landed a kickflip one day and then I had an idea. What if I landed a 360 kickflip? I was outside dawn till dusk trying to land it. I could never get it. I tried for like 3 months but I just couldn't do it. At my cousins birthday party I took my skateboard. I was out in his neighborhood. He was riding beside me. I decided to try it again. I landed it perfectly. He starts screaming "Oh my god! Oh my god!" I was so proud of myself.

Do you know who Eleanor Roosevelt is? Have you ever heard of her? Well if you haven't she is the wife of Theodore Roosevelt. She once said " You must do the thing you think you cant do."

Have you ever done something that you thought you would never be able to do. I know I have. My church goes on a skiing trip every year and someone said that i should snowboard. Only two people on the trip were going snowboarding.

There where many things in my life i thought i could not do, like play football, play baseball,or take a funeral. One of the things i did managed to do was to take a funneral. I remember just like it was yesterday my mom told me to get up get up and i got up .When i got up she said i just got word Great Grandma Rosa just die. I remember the feeling inside a deep sad lonely feeling. Icried like a pack of wolves.Mom said stay here while I rush to the nursing home. I wanted to say no but I obeyed her. When she came back with some lushes memories with her and then we broke down and cried again. That very next week whent by slow and the only thing I could thank about was the funeral on saturday. When i got home that night i was praying and askingJesus why o Lord. why did Great Grandma Rosa had to leave us. It was a terble night all i could hear was her voice saying such the devil. That was when i saw her in the spirit and i was so scared. Then I said the blood of Jesus and she went away.
